Job Description

Grant Writing Volunteers play a crucial role in securing funding for the organization by researching, drafting, and submitting grant proposals to various foundations and donors.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Research potential grants and funding sources.

  • Draft and edit grant proposals.

  • Maintain records of submitted grants and outcomes.

Required Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong writing and research skills.

  • Attention to detail and deadline management.

  • Experience in grant writing is preferred.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in English, nonprofit management, or related fields is preferred.

  • Prior experience with grant writing for nonprofits is a plus.
