At Regina’s Safe Alliance, we understand that victims of violent crimes are often left to pick up the pieces. Many are not informed of the available resources, while others are stretched thin by their trauma and left with little time, energy or support. Our job is to help survivors connect with mental health services to ease the burden in their healing journey.
How Can We Help?
We Will:
Educate on qualifications and covered expenses .
Provide information about obtaining police/incident reports
Assist with submitting the Victims Compensation Application.
According to the Georgia Crime Victims Compensation Program (GCVCP), a victim of violent crime in Georgia may qualify for the following expenses:
