Come join us for an insightful session with Dr. Rola Tomori from Regina’s Safe Alliance at Switzer Library this Saturday, Dec. 16th, starting at 1 pm. We're diving into "Teen Talk: Coping with Depression During the Holiday Season."

The winter holidays can be a mix of joy and stress for many. If you're feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or lonely during this time, know that you're not alone. Dr. Tomori will be sharing valuable insights on different types of depression and providing tips to find hope during tough times.

This event aims to create a safe space for open and honest discussions, supporting teens, young adults, and those who care for them. Light refreshments will be available.

We welcome teenagers, young adults, parents, caregivers, mentors, and anyone interested.
